01 / OVERVIEW

What is Rensa?

Rensa is a native .rns naming protocol on Robinhood Chain Mainnet (chain ID 4663). A name is an ERC-721 NFT you can use to point to an address and, while active, set as your primary name.

02 / REGISTER

Register a name

Search for the label only: entering rensa means rensa.rns. Labels must be 3–255 ASCII characters: lowercase a–z, digits 0–9, and hyphens. A hyphen cannot be first or last. Uppercase and Unicode are not supported.

Annual prices above are read from the registry. Choose a whole-year duration; the contract calculates the exact total in ETH. Network gas is extra. The protocol owner can update future prices.

03 / EARLY CLAIM

One free year, once.

ACTIVE

2 / 100 claimed

Early Claim is live. An eligible wallet can claim one available name without a registration fee.

  • First 100 unique addresses; one free claim per address.
  • Available labels must be at least 5 characters.
  • The free term is exactly one year at 0 ETH registration price; network gas still applies.
  • After the 100th claim, normal paid pricing applies.
04 / MANAGE

Stay in control.

Renew

Extend an active name, or renew during grace. Anyone can pay the renewal price without taking ownership.

Resolve

The active NFT owner can set or change the address the name points to.

Transfer

Transferring the ERC-721 NFT transfers the name. The contract resets its resolver to the new owner and keeps its expiry.

Primary name

The active owner can set an owned .rns name as their primary reverse name, or clear it.

From active to available.

01

Active

The name resolves and its NFT owner can manage the resolver, transfer it, and set a primary name.

02

90-day grace

After expiry, forward resolution continues and renewal is allowed. Transfers and resolver changes are disabled until renewal.

03

Available

After grace, the label can be registered again. The former NFT no longer grants name rights.
